Terms of Service

Naymo (naymo.ai) is operated by PWR Brands LLC (“Naymo”, “we”, “us”), 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958, United States. By using the site, API, or MCP server (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Naymo helps you find domains and compare registrars by their true, renewal-aware cost, and offers related tools (brand ideas, deal/drop feeds, brand-protection checks, a 0%-commission listings marketplace, portfolio alerts, and an API/MCP server). Availability and pricing are provided for information only and may be estimated or delayed — always confirm the current price and availability at the registrar before you buy. We are not a domain registrar and we are not a party to any registration or sale. Our outbound links are neutral; we take no affiliate commission.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email and API keys secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Don't share API keys publicly.

3. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plans or prices prospectively with reasonable notice; changes don't affect the period you've already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • exceed the rate or call limits of your plan, or circumvent metering, authentication, or paywalls;
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data beyond what your plan’s API license permits;
  • use the Service to infringe trademarks, abuse third parties (e.g. typosquatting for impersonation), or for any unlawful purpose;
  • disrupt or probe the Service’s security or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Marketplace (for-sale-by-owner)

Listings are posted by users. Naymo is a venue, not a broker, agent, or party to any sale, and takes 0% commission. We don't verify ownership, escrow funds, or guarantee any listing or transaction — buyers and sellers deal directly and at their own risk. Don't list domains you don't own or have the right to sell.

6. API & MCP

Programmatic and agent access is subject to your plan’s limits and these Terms. Keep credentials secret; you're responsible for calls made with your key, including by AI agents you operate.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and the Naymo name and marks are owned by PWR Brands LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. Domain data and registrar prices belong to their respective sources.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Availability results and prices (including renewal estimates and deal scores) may be inaccurate, delayed, or change at the registrar; they are not an offer or a guarantee. You are solely responsible for verifying details and for your purchasing decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naymo and PWR Brands LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or domains. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PWR Brands LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content or listings, or your violation of these Terms or others’ rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
